The particulars of a valuable, fertile, and very desirable estate, situate at Fifehead, in the county of Dorset, six miles from Shaftesbury, nine from Sherborne, and seven from Wincanton, (all good market towns,) and half-a-mile from the Great Western Road leading through Sherborne and Shaftesubury; comprising the lordship or manor of Fifehead, with five hundred and seventy-four acres, ... of remarkably rich land, lying compact and of different qualities, ...with suitable dwelling-houses and out-buildings, ... and three hundred and forty-six acres, ... of land, similar to the above, with suitable houses and out-buildings granted out by lease and copy, now determinable on one, two, and three lives.This estate and manor are held under the Bishop of Bristol by two freehold leases, ...
